Asheville Savings Bank Appoints Wyatt Stevens to Board of Directors.

ASHEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2004

Stevens has joined the bank's board of directors. Mr. Dickson commented on the appointment by saying, "We are very fortunate to have a man of his energy, ability and commitment to community service join our board."
