Ashby won at 60; CHIP SHOTS: THE ANSWER.
YESTERDAY, we asked our readers if anybody knew of a club champion
older than 53-year-old John Elwood, from the Wynyard club.
We were put right with a phone call first thing in the morning
about Harry Ashby, now 63, who was 60 when he won the title for the
