The Notes will be unconditionally guaranteed by Ashanti and will be exchangeable for shares or global depositary shares of Ashanti at an exchange price of US $27.00 per share. The Notes due have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) World's largest marketplace for securities.
