Dr Kwabena Duffuor, a non-executive director A non-executive director (NED, also NXD) or outside director is a member of the board of directors of a company who does not form part of the executive management team. He or she is not an employee of the company or affiliated with it in any other way.  of Ashanti Goldfields n. 1. A small slender woolly annual (Lasthenia chrysostoma) with very narrow opposite leaves and branches bearing solitary golden-yellow flower heads; it grows from Southwestern Oregon to Baja California and Arizona; - it is often cultivated.  Company Limited (the "Company") informed the Company yesterday that due to personal reasons he was resigning as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
