The Hesta mono-layer model has only 10 cavities. The new Hesta Long-Stroke Double HLD-700 machine uses sterilized ster·il·ize tr.v. ster·il·ized, ster·il·iz·ing, ster·il·iz·es 1. To make free from live bacteria or other microorganisms. 2. air to blow three-layer bottles. Its aseptic and mutli-layer extrusion technology is derived from Graham's wheel machines. Features include three extruders, up to 700-mm stroke, and PLC controls. The machine is built at the Hesta plant in Germany. One unit is being assembled for a customer in Turkey that will produce an HDPE HDPE abbr. high-density polyethylene bottle with a black middle layer sandwiched between white inner and outer surfaces.
