 BB) today announced that is has acquired Tek Master Ltd. for 2,000,000 shares of its restricted common stock.

Tek Master has developed the proprietary technology which will enable a scalable server platform to empower empower verb To encourage or provide a person with the means or information to become involved in solving his/her own problems  Internet server applications. Once implemented, a multi-threaded server will maximize the provider's client load.

Stephen J. Nemergut, President of ASDAR stated "This is our first step in what we believe will be a successful game plan to enter the world of Internet technology. We intend on aggressively pursuing other entities that will add to the potential value of the Company."
