Ascom Appoints Eric Green As Director of Business Development.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. -- Ascom is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Green as Director of Business Development. In his new role, Mr. Green will be responsible for driving the continued success of Ascom's channel development efforts.

Mr. Green, an on-site wireless industry veteran, has a proven history of success with developing and building channels. He spent 7 years at SpectraLink where he was responsible for running the channel organization as the Manager of Strategic Alliances. Eric was ultimately responsible for a $45M quota with channels that included AT&T, Siemens, VodaOne, Westcon, Comstor, Catalyst and Verizon to name a few. His hands-on experience with rapidly growing a successful channel organization is strategically important to accelerating Ascom's growth plans in North America.

Eric has held positions at both SpectraLink and at GTE as an Account Manager and Workforce Development Trainer. He was most recently at UCI Communications, as a Regional Director in charge of sales, service and operations for the state of Louisiana.

Eric holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he was on the Dean's List.
