Ascom (US) Inc. Appoints Bernie Hydock as Vice President of Sales.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. -- Ascom has named Bernie Hydock as Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Mr. Hydock will be responsible for driving the success of Ascom's North American sales team, serving as a key member of the management team, and working closely with existing and future Ascom channel partners and system end users.

Bernie joined Ascom from Ultimus Corp, where he was Vice President of North American Sales and Alliances. Bernie has twenty-plus years of executive leadership experience with a successful track record in high technology sales. He has developed and cultivated top performing sales organizations with several companies. His broad expertise in high-growth industries has led to his deep understanding of what is critical to building relationships with channel partners and system users. His alliance and partnership development has consistently contributed to bottom-line growth. Prior to Ultimus, Bernie has held executive positions including: Senior Vice President of Alliances for Aperture Technologies, Senior Vice President of Services for EXE Technologies, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Alliances for Evidian, S.A., Senior Vice President/Sales & North American Operations for CoreChange, Inc. and Vice President, Sales for Americas and Asia Pacific, Candle Corporation. In addition, Bernie also held several management positions within IBM at various locations throughout the US.
