Ascend Communications and AT&T Paradyne's Customer Support Organization Sign Third-Party Service Agreement.


ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 1995--Ascend Communications, Inc. Under terms of this agreement, Ascend will offer its partners on-site support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  from AT&T Paradyne including a standard maintenance program of 5 days per week, 9 hours per day and an extended maintenance program of 7 days per week, 24 hours per day support. Remote support via telephone and remote dial-up to Ascend's products is also available. Custom programs tailored to a partner or customer's particular needs are available directly from AT&T Paradyne's CSO.
