Asbury 'Blu' developers seek green on Jersey shore.

 is developing Asbury Park's newest luxury condominium condominium

In modern property law, individual ownership of one dwelling unit within a multidwelling building. Unit owners have undivided ownership interest in the land and those portions of the building shared in common.
 community, a 24-unit property named The Blu at 510 Monroe Avenue. Situated in Asbury Park Asbury Park, city (1990 pop. 16,799), Monmouth co., E N.J. An Atlantic resort noted for its beach, boardwalk, and convention hall, it has declined since the 1960s. The burning liner Morro Castle grounded off the beach here in Sept. , the property is slated for completion in early November.

The sales center, located on-site, will feature a virtual presentation of what The Blu will look like upon completion. The sales office will also feature examples of tiles, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, and other finishes that each unit will come complete with.

"Asbury Park is undergoing a remarkable renaissance and the residential market is incredibly strong," says Harvey Schultz, principal of Pyramid Equities. "With The Blu, we hope to offer the market a new level of luxury homes. The quality of each unit's finishes and the overall design of the building is truly unique in the Asbury Park market."

The Blu will feature five levels of living space consisting of 24 one-bedroom apartments ranging from 900 to 1,500 s/f in size. Each apartment will include a balcony Balcony (from Italian balcone, scaffold; cf. High German balcho, beam, balk; probably cognate with Persian term بالكانه bālkāneh or its older variant  and at least one and a half bathrooms. Larger units will offer two full bathrooms and an additional study/den that can be utilized as a second bedroom. "Asbury Grand was a tremendous success, and with The Blu already ahead of its construction schedule, we are confident that this property will exceed our expectations and meet current market demands."

Situated one block from Cookman Avenue, which runs along Asbury Park's main downtown business district. Local shops, antique stores, and restaurants are within a short walk of the property, as is the train station (New Jersey Transit's North Jersey Coast Line) and beautiful beach and recreations areas.

Units for The Blu will start at approximately $400,000.
