A TEMPORARY antisocial behaviour order antisocial behaviour order

Katherine Beaumont, 58, will be subject to the interim Asbo until January 8. Kirklees Council will apply for a full Asbo against her on that date.

The council alleges she is guilty of acting in an antisocial antisocial /an·ti·so·cial/ (-so´sh'l)
1. denoting behavior that violates the rights of others, societal mores, or the law.

2. denoting the specific personality traits seen in antisocial personality disorder.
 manner towards people living near to her home at West End Road on various occasions.

Huddersfield magistrates yesterday heard Beaumont had a history of mental health problems.

They adjourned the case so that a psychiatric report could be written.
