Asbo breach dad is named.MORE than 1,000 leaflets highlighting an Anti-social Behaviour Order given to a father-of-four are being sent to Hartlepool homes. Stephen Rowbotham, 45, of Cameron Road, received a five-year order for terrorising local residents with vile language, drug abuse, theft, noise nuisance and street disturbance DISTURBANCE, torts. The Hartlepool Anti-social Behaviour Unit (ASBU ASBU Arab States Broadcasting Union ) decided to deliver the leaflets to residents in the Dyke House area in the hope they will turn in Rowbotham if he breaches his Asbo again. He is not the first member of the Rowbotham family to have been publicly named, nor the first to receive an Asbo. His son Dean Rowbotham, 19, had his picture and three-year order publicised Adj. 1. publicised - made known; especially made widely known publicized on over 2,000 leaflets in 2006, and older son Gary, 21, also has an Asbo for terrorising the Dyke House neighbourhood. One of the terms of Stephen Rowbotham's Asbo states he must not enter the area within Raby Road, Hart Lane, Lancaster Road or Brougham Terrace, except when using public transport. However, he was sentenced to a six-month community order with 40 hours unpaid work for breaching his order after police officers found him asleep in a property in Turnbull Street - only four days after the Asbo was served by Hartlepool Magistrates on September 12. Then it is up to the courts to hand out sentences that will at least ensure that the person is not at liberty to cause more distress."
