Asbo & fine for hoarder; COURT.A MAN who cycled around civic dumps collecting rubbish has been issued with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order. And he has been banned from having more than two bicycles. Brendan Ross, of Dunraven Crescent in East Belfast, had already been issued with an interim Asbo. It was obtained after Mr Ross failed to comply with a previous court order to remove items from his garden, including discarded dis·card v. dis·card·ed, dis·card·ing, dis·cards v.tr. 1.
