Osborne, Asarco chairman, president and chief executive officer. Terry E. Erskine, currently general manager of Asarco's Missouri Lead Division, has been named general manager at Asarco's Ray Complex, succeeding Thomas E. Scartaccini. Himmesoete, currently manager of Hayden Operations at the Ray Complex, has been named general manager of the Missouri Lead Division, succeeding Erskine. Joseph A. Wilhelm, 43, was maintenance manager at Asarco's El Paso copper refinery before being named operations manager at the Hayden smelter.
