It is characterized by a high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases. Fluoropolymers were discovered serendipitously in 1938 by Dr. Roy J. Plunkett. by 20% in the U.K. by next January. It will strengthen AGC's position as the world's leading producer of ETFE.
