) today reported that revenues for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1996 were $6,473,000 compared with revenues of $7,897,000 in the same period in 1995.

Earnings from operations for the third quarter were $167,000, compared with $400,000 in 1995. Net earnings for the third quarter were $80,000 or $.02 per share, compared with $81,000, or $.02 per share in 1995.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1996, earnings from operations were $134,000, compared to $1,139,000 for the same period in 1995. The net loss for the nine month period was $190,000, or $.04 per share, compared with net earnings of $226,000, or $.05 per share in 1995. Revenues for the nine month period ended Sept. 30, 1996 were $18,822,000 compared with $22,739,000 in 1995.
