All is set for the inauguration of GRUPO TACA's new flight from Boston, Mass., to Costa Rica, with a stop in El Salvador.

With this new route, GRUPO TACA -- a leading airline in Latin America -- has now nine gateways out of the U.S., offering customers the opportunity to travel to Central America. "GRUPO TACA is proud to serve the Latin American and business communities in Boston traveling to Central America for business or pleasure, with this new route and gateway out of the United States," GRUPO TACA's Communications Director, Claudia Arenas, said.

GRUPO TACA is offering customers an accessible, competitive initial round-trip fare of US $499.00, without taxes, from Boston (Logan Airport) to one of five Central America countries: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras (Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula), Nicaragua and Costa Rica. The round-trip must be completed between June 28 and September 15, and the ticket purchased at GRUPO TACA's Service Center, www.taca.com, or through a travel agent, by June 15.

Itineraries

The first flight to Boston, LACSA/TACA 680, will take place on Thursday, June 27, and from Boston (Logan Airport), LACSA/TACA 681, on Friday, June 28. The flight Costa Rica-El Salvador-Boston will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flight Boston-El Salvador-Costa Rica will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. With this new route, operated with aircrafts Airbus-319, GRUPO TACA wants to meet market demand and to expand its gateways out of the United States. In addition to this new flight, GRUPO TACA provides service out of eight other U.S. cities: Los Angeles; Washington, D.C.; Dallas/Fort Worth; Miami; New Orleans; Houston; New York (JF Kennedy); and San Francisco. -0-
