Arysta LifeScience North America.


Arysta LifeScience North America announces the decision to move its headquarters to the Research Triangle Park area in North Carolina. The existing North American headquarters, located in San Francisco, will be open until Feb. 28, 2006, although the company will begin to recruit immediately in the North Carolina area.

The company recently changed its name to Arysta LifeScience North America from Arvesta Corporation.
