Arvesta Corporation, San Francisco, hires Bill Liles for the position of business manager, Turf and Ornamental. Liles brings to Arvesta strong leadership and management experience. Most recently, he served as president of PROKOZ Inc., a turf and ornamental buying group Liles helped establish in 1998. He started his career with Ciba Corporation, now Syngenta Corporation, as district sales manager. He moved through the ranks and after 20 years with the company in sales and marketing positions became the director of turf and ornamentals.
