 provider, will combine InputAccel(R), Captiva's premier document capture software, with FormWare(TM), Captiva's award-winning forms capture software, to create a complete solution for processing incoming account applications, correspondence, loan and other financial documents and forms the bank receives from its retail and commercial customers.

The new solution is part of Arvest's initiative to upgrade its previous image capture system and replace labor-intensive paper processes with a streamlined input management system. The bank will implement InputAccel to scan and convert documents into electronic content and FormWare to automatically recognize and extract data from forms, thereby expediting document and form processing. Currently, Arvest uses over three hundred different document and form types in its operations and relies upon operators manually inspecting, identifying and keying information for its processing needs. The savings in eliminating this manual bottleneck A lessening of throughput.
