Solution to Integrate Artisoft's TeleVantage Software Phone

System With Sound Advantage's SANDi Electronic Receptionist

 solutions, today announced that they have formed a partnership through Artisoft's Open Communications Alliance to provide speech activated business communications solutions. This joint solution will allow end users to use Artisoft's TeleVantage software-based PBX (Private Branch eXchange) An inhouse telephone switching system that interconnects telephone extensions to each other as well as to the outside telephone network (PSTN).  with the SANDi electronic receptionist from Sound Advantage, managing business communications through easy-to-use speech recognition and graphical user interfaces. The combination of the two award-winning solutions will provide small- to medium-sized businesses and corporate branch offices with a unique, productivity enhancing phone system that is cost-effective and simple to expand and upgrade for an investment that gains value over time.
