ArtiSpeech integrates seamlessly with TeleVantage to speech enable a company's name directory, allowing all internal and external callers to have hands-free interactions with an organization. ArtiSpeech also allows for alternate names, nicknames, and various spelling and pronunciations to be recognized in a TeleVantage name directory. In addition, this joint solution enables users to retrieve and listen to e-mail, navigate voice mail, and access IVR applications, which improves productivity as well as alleviates safety concerns related to using a keypad while driving.
