Artisoft Announces TeleVantage CTM Suite; New Product Line Includes PBX, Voicemail, and Automated Attendant Software for Intel Communications Platform.

Artisoft(R), Inc. (NASDAQ:ASFT), a leading developer of software-based phone systems, today announced the TeleVantage CTM Suite, a set of turnkey computer telephony products targeted to small- to medium-businesses (SMBs), and developed on Dialogic's CT Media(TM) converged communications server software. The TeleVantage CTM Suite, to be bundled with the Intel(R) Communications Platform introduced today by Dialogic, an Intel company, includes soft switch, auto attendant, and voicemail applications designed to meet the needs of SMBs. The turnkey communications solution is scalable, expandable and offers traditional phone system capabilities as well as Voice-over-IP capabilities, all on a single open systems communications server.

The Intel Communications Platform consists of an appliance chassis containing a multi-slot business server with powerful multi-function telephony boards, multiple network interface connections, an embedded version of Windows 2000, and CT Media server software, as well as Artisoft's TeleVantage CTM Suite. The Intel Communications Platform and Artisoft's TeleVantage CTM Suite are being demonstrated at Dialogic's Tech Summit in Bal Harbour, FL on October 25, 2000 and will be available through Artisoft and Intel sales channels in the first half of 2001.

Artisoft's TeleVantage CTM Suite is available in multiple configurations, starting from a cost-effective 8 x 16 model that will meet the needs of businesses with up to 8 trunks and up to 16 stations. TeleVantage CTM Suite includes basic call switching, automated attendant, and voice messaging applications customized to the requirements of (SMBs) and branch offices. Based on the open APIs supported by Dialogic's CT Media server software, TeleVantage CTM Suite will be interoperable with other applications developed by Artisoft, or offered by Dialogic's CT Media Value Network members, including CRM, call center, and accounting packages, as well as analog, IP, and wireless phones developed for use with the Intel Communications Platform.

Artisoft's distribution partners will offer the Intel Communications Platform to their customers by assembling and integrating customizable solutions sets from Artisoft and third parties. Artisoft's TeleVantage CTM Suite will be available for the reseller network with the introduction of the Intel Communications Platform in the first half of 2001.
