Artisoft And Oncontact Partner For Integrated CRM, Telephony.


Artisoft, Inc., a provider of software-based phone systems, and Oncontact Software, a developer of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  systems, have formed a marketing and development relationship through the Artisoft Open Communications Alliance. The relationship makes it possible for users of Oncontact's CRM systems to use Artisoft's TeleVantage phone system for extended computer-telephony functionality.
