The companies will pursue joint marketing and channel education programs. Through the Netfinity ServerProven(TM) Program, TeleVantage has been tested to run on Netfinity, IBM's Intel processor-based servers, providing resellers with a complete computer telephony solution allowing for fast and easy deployment. The combined solution will be available for small- and medium-sized businesses through an expansive network of qualified resellers.

Artisoft's TeleVantage is an open, standards-based software phone system that operates on Windows(R) NT systems and uses off-the-shelf computer, wiring and telephony hardware. The combination of TeleVantage, Dialogic open system components and Netfinity Servers ensures a reliable, scalable and competitively priced solution for value-added resellers (VARs). The Netfinity ServerProven status confirms that a technology has been identified, validated, optimized and documented to run reliably on IBM Netfinity servers, eliminating implementation problems and allowing customers to concentrate on running their businesses.
