The integration of Artificial Life intelligent bot technology and Interactive Networks instant messaging technology will allow powerful applications for customer service, sales support and other e-CRM applications. The combined application can become the central point of contact with the customer by providing automated natural language support from an Artificial Life smart bot in combination with live support through instant messaging.

Customers will be able to receive answers directly from the bot which will automatically start an instant messaging chat session between the customer and the appropriate human customer service representative when asked about specific issues. All this is done within the same application and the customer only needs to interact with a single user interface completely customized by the company thanks to Interactive Networks powerful skin technology.

Engineers from the two companies will work together to find new ways in which both technologies can be integrated to add value to actual and future customers.

"The integration of live instant messaging communication with bot technology makes perfect sense. It provides either fully automated support for frequently asked questions by our bots bots
