, announced today the acquisition of the assets of PRC Aviation and the formation of a wholly owned aviation consulting subsidiary, R. Dixon Speas Associates Inc.

PRC Aviation, internationally known for its operational and safety expertise, was jointly owned by R. Dixon Speas of Tuscon, Ariz. and PRC Inc. of McLean, Va. Speas, who will serve on the new company's board of directors and hold the title of founder/director, is recognized as both a pioneer and a leader in the technical and management aspects of air transportation. Joining Speas in leadership positions in the new firm are John L. Conte, Noel G. Preston and Daniel D. Bullick.

Founded in 1886 by Arthur Dehon Little, an MIT chemist who discovered acetate, and co-worker Roger Griffin, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Arthur D.
