ArthroCare Files Registration Statement for Public Offering of 1 Million Shares of Common Stock.

) today announced the company has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to relating to relate prepconcernant

All the shares will be offered by ArthroCare Corp. The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 150,000 shares solely to cover overallotments, if any. The offering will be managed by BancBoston Robertson Stephens Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
