. Mr. Leland will be responsible for managing Artesyn's external communications with investors, buy and sell-side analysts and the financial media.

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer Richard Thompson, Mr. Leland will continue the mission of keeping shareholders and the financial community updated on important company developments, while introducing the Artesyn story to new audiences.
