Riley to director of product marketing. Riley will expand his current responsibilities, which include establishing overseas customer and partner relationships, while managing a team of international sales personnel.

Riley, a 15-year veteran of marketing and sales in the international telecommunications industry, joined Artel as director of sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Refers to that region of the world. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  and interoperability partner programs. He brings a deep background of technical and marketing expertise to the position, including extensive experience initiating business partnerships with OEMs and Fortune 1000 companies at the executive level.
