Artecon Completes Acquisition Of Falcon Systems; Leadership Position In Open-Systems Storage Market Strengthened With Purchase.SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1997--Artecon, a leading manufacturer and systems integrator specializing in open-systems products and solutions, Thursday announced the acquisition of Sacramento, Calif.-based Falcon Systems Inc., a leading specialized server and storage manufacturer and supplier with revenues last year of approximately $55 million.
