Art deco apartment building fetches $20M.


A pristine 11-story elevatored art deco art deco (ärt dĕkō`; är dākō`, ärt) or art moderne (är môdĕrn`, ärt)  apartment building on Riverside Drive, comprised of 63 spacious units, many featuring breathtaking Hudson River views, has just sold for $20.5 million.

Eastern Consolidated's senior director Ronda Rogovin exclusively represented the seller, Barry Levites, a New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 City-based investor. Rogovin together with Eastern's Brian Ezratty, vice chairman, and Rick Brown of Levites Realty, procured the purchaser, an unnamed Manhattan-based investor. This is the first time that the building, situated at 730 Riverside Drive at 150th Street, has traded in 25 years.
