Arrowsight Appoints Marc Vassanelli Chief Strategy Officer.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 2001

Arrowsight, a provider of Web-based Visual Information Management (V.I.M.(R)) software, today announced the appointment of Marc Vassanelli as its Chief Strategy Officer. Arrowsight's software will allow individuals to access live and stored footage from their business' video cameras anywhere they have an Internet connection.

Vassanelli's responsibilities include working alongside CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and Chairman, Adam Aronson in identifying and closing deals with strategic partners, working on future financing, and overseeing Arrowsight's product and business development teams. Vassanelli will also guide the software through the current beta test A test of new or revised hardware or software that is performed by users at their facilities under normal operating conditions. Beta testing follows alpha testing. Vendors of packaged software often offer their customers the opportunity of beta testing new releases or versions, and the  phase and will lead the software to launch this spring.
