Arrowhead Expands Production Use of Decision Research's V1STA RateMaker to Include Commercial Lines.

HONOLULU -- Expanded use of DRC solution enables Arrowhead to quickly and easily develop, deploy, and maintain rate plans to support commercial lines of business

At the AAMGA Insurance Automation & Technology Conference in Philadelphia, PA, Decision Research Corporation (DRC) announced today that San Diego based general agency, Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. has expanded its implementation and production use of DRC's V1STA RateMaker to include rate plans for a number of Arrowhead's commercial lines products.

A DRC client since 2003, Arrowhead was already utilizing DRC's RateMaker to rate a number of personal lines products, including: auto, homeowners, dwelling fire, condo, renters and umbrella. Since its implementation, RateMaker has become an important component within Arrowhead Exchange, a portal site that offers agencies and customers the ability to quote, bind and service Insurance products on-line.

Arrowhead is currently developing rating solutions for its professional liability, commercial auto, commercial property and general liability lines.
