Arrowhead Electronic Healthcare Commended for Managing and Maintaining Quality Systems; Recent Audit by Bayer HealthCare Notes Company Exceeds Quality Requirements.

The report stems from a comprehensive on-site visit conducted by six Bayer audit team members. The team studied Arrowhead's quality system including processes for software development, change control, document control, configuration management, approvals, and staff qualifications. In its report, Bayer highlighted Arrowhead's ability to meet and exceed quality requirements. The audit team also commended Arrowhead's staff for its timeliness in responding to Bayer requests, noting the cooperative effort was "much appreciated."
