Arrow made the announcement from the IBM PartnerWorld 2005 Conference, running February 27-March 2, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center The Mandalay Bay Convention Center is one of the largest privately owned and operated convention centers in the world. According to OgilvyOne, several sessions have been completed with Arrow Business Partners, and as a result, partners have experienced success within the first year of participating in a session and have grown their customer base, market share, and increased revenues and profits.

The program consists of a workshop led by OgilvyOne with participants from the Business Partner, Arrow and IBM. The final deliverable is a go to market actionable plan complete with financial modeling and measurements to gauge progress, a partner roadmap with IBM and channel alliances, and required resources to assist in generating leads and increased revenues.

"All of Arrow's IBM Business Partners are eligible to participate in the program. Those looking to driving incremental revenue and profits, increase their speed to market and build near term, executable plans and actions to meet long-term strategic goals for growth are certainly the ones that will have the most interest in this offering," said Eric Williams, executive vice president, Support Net Division.

"This session exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we needed," said Ken Tucker, vice president of solutions, Rose International. "The session was comprehensive and really helped to crystallize crys·tal·lize also crys·tal·ize

With help from the Ogilvy facilitators, we developed solutions to take to market and a plan on how to generate leads and close sales with the decision makers and influences. We also got an excellent understanding of the Arrow and IBM resources that are available to us and how to best engage them. With the help of the Ogilvy experience, Rose will be able to target market segments and generate sales more quickly."

"The process helped us to create a strategic plan to deal with this ever-changing environment," said Leroy Hill Jr., president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. As a result, we have detailed a plan of attack for improving our market position and for penetrating new markets. I would highly recommend this workshop to any Business Partner who plans to be in business in five or more years."
