) announced the promotion of three officers to new corporate positions.

Paul J. Reilly, age 42, has been appointed Vice President of Finance of the corporation. Mr. Reilly joined Arrow eight years ago and has been Controller of the corporation since January 1994. He was named a Vice President of the corporation in 1996. Prior to joining Arrow, he was employed by KPMG KPMG Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (accounting firm)

David G. Westmoreland, age 39, has been appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the corporation. Since joining Arrow in 1996, he has been Vice President of MIS for North America. For more than seven years prior thereto, he served in various information technology positions at AMR Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Westmoreland received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
