) today announced that it is rolling out a major new partner relationship management system to all resellers belonging to its Enterprise Computing Solutions group, which consists of the following divisions: Enterprise Storage Solutions, MOCA MOCA Museum of Contemporary Art

The new system, called Information Support Services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , has been in the planning phase since 2003, and began rolling out to Arrow customers and suppliers in March 2004. Information Support Services will allow Arrow stakeholders (solution providers, suppliers and the Arrow sales force) to access all of their Arrow sales and marketing information from one user interface, which is an important feature because in Arrow's past this information has been segmented into separate databases based on division. Even though Arrow has customers and suppliers who work with multiple Arrow divisions, there was not a tool that brought relevant information across all divisions into one location -- until now.

Through the single interface, Arrow's solution provider customers will conduct many important business-producing activities, including opportunity management, creating sales and marketing plans, and accessing business intelligence such as historical sales data, sales level attainment, vendor certification, and organization member levels.

 systems. This is an important feature because ISS will have the ability to "feed" information to the other PRM systems, allowing VARs to input sales and customer data once regardless of how many supplier PRM systems they are required to update.

Solution providers will experience the following benefits from Information Support Services:

--Certification requirements and status so that solution providers do not experience any down time from expired certifications;

--Custom rebate and promotional information so that solution providers can make sales goals decisions in real time that help them reach the next level of rebates;

--Upgrade and service opportunity information so that solution providers seize lucrative service renewal opportunities as they arise;

--Access to a growing library of custom reports such as sales history by product segment and sub-segment so that resellers can clearly see their sales growth in product categories.

More than 700 Arrow solution providers are already using Information Support Services today with remaining customers to be added by Q3 2004. The full feature set of ISS will be fully rolled out by mid-2005.
