"The new reward program supports Arrow's strategic objective in 2002 to work closely with iForce partners to close Installed Base Business opportunities," said Rich Severa, president, MOCA Division. According to Severa, Arrow's Installed Base Business for the MOCA Division is up by over 40 percent in 2002.

Arrow's Sun partners will be grouped into two tiers based on their current selling volume and past point of sales report data in order to let resellers of similar size compete against each other. The partner in each tier who posts the highest attach rate - the percentage of Installed Base Business sales volume versus total Sun hardware sales - for the six-month period will win a trip for two to Hawaii. Prizes will also be awarded for second through fifth place and will include big screen TVs, home theater systems, and DVD players. In addition, the partner in each tier who posts the highest installed base sales volume each month until April will win a $250 American Express Gift Cheque.
