As a result, the new office will give Arrow's IBM Business Partner customers on the West coast convenient geographic access to sales and technical personnel. Initially, the new Los Angeles location will service about 20 percent of the Support Net Division's Business Partner customers, and will also serve as an avenue for other Western region Business Partners who wish to engage with Arrow's Support Net Division.
