Arrow Electronics' `Building Blocks' Campaign Delivers Strong Foundation for Expansion to EMC Storage Resellers.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Arrow Enterprise Storage Solutions (AESS), a division of the North American Computer Products group of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) and the No. 1 value-added distributor of enterprise storage for EMC Corp., today announced the launch of an exclusive marketing campaign designed to encourage Arrow's existing EMC resellers to grow revenues by expanding their product portfolios into other EMC lines.

Dubbed the "Building Blocks" campaign, the program will work with Arrow storage resellers currently selling EMC's flagship CLARiiON products to build a foundation for selling more product categories of EMC including software, content-addressable platforms and network attached storage (NAS) solutions. Under the program, Arrow will offer all the training, marketing collateral, support and services that they need to quickly expand their EMC product lines.

Arrow will conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions with resellers to educate their sales teams on the broad set of EMC product offerings and how to sell those solutions. The program will also provide incentives for sales into existing CLARiiON customer accounts, "try-before-you-buy" opportunities for both resellers and their end customers, and discounts on premium hardware and software products.
