Arriscraft International Income Fund Announces June, 2005 Distribution.

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario -- Arriscraft International Income Fund (TSX:AIN.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per Fund unit will be paid July 15, 2005 to unitholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2005. This cash distribution covers the period from June 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005.
