ArrayComm Awarded WLL System Order From United Arab Emirates-Based Etisalat; Milestone First Commercial Deployment of Adaptive WLL Technology in UAE.

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--ArrayComm, developer of wireless telecommunications products and technology, has announced the sale of its IntelliWave(TM) wireless local loop (WLL) system to the Emirates Telecommunications Corp. (Etisalat), the official telecommunications provider for the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Begun in late 1998, ArrayComm's system deployment will serve customers in and around the capital city of Abu Dhabi. This is the initial phase of a large program of UAE WLL installations planned over the next few years.
