ArrayComm, the world leader in mobile broadband wireless and smart antenna technologies, today announced the evolution of the structure of its senior management team under CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Alan Norman has been named Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Mr. Norman is leading ArrayComm's initiatives to stimulate deployment of the iBurst system, develop additional licensees of ArrayComm's iBurst and IntelliCell technologies, and establish new partnerships and alliances that will enhance and extend ArrayComm's reach in the wireless industry. He brings more than 10 years of wireless and telecommunications industry knowledge and experience in corporate development, international expansion and intellectual property licensing. Prior to joining ArrayComm, Mr. Norman served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Internap Network Services, Inc., where he led strategic development and partnering activities and directed the company's international expansion in Japan and Europe. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of New Business Development at Etak, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation and News Corporation, where he developed their wireless cellular and paging strategy targeting automotive and consumer electronics companies in the U.S., Europe and Japan. He holds an M.S. in Business and B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University.

Wei Yuan, Senior Vice President, Business Strategy, is leading a strategic initiative to enhance ArrayComm's position and partnerships in Asian markets. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, operations, capital investment and venture management in the wireless space. Since joining the company in 2000, Mr. Yuan has led the creation and implementation of the Australian consortium to deploy ArrayComm's iBurst system and served as Acting CEO of Personal Broadband Pty. Ltd. during its formation. He previously served as President of Sino Tech Venture Management Ltd., President and CEO of StarDigital Ltd., Vice President of Business Development with International Wireless Communications, Inc., and China country manager with SR Telecom. Mr. Yuan holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario Western is one of Canada's leading universities, ranked #1 in the Globe and Mail University Report Card 2005 for overall quality of education.[2] It ranked #3 among medical-doctoral level universities according to Maclean's Magazine 2005 University Rankings. , Canada; a Post-Graduate Study Diploma in System Engineering from the Huanzhou Institute of Electronics Industry, China; and a B.E. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, China.

Raymond Leong is the Vice President of ArrayComm's iBurst ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) Pronounced "a-sick." A chip that is custom designed for a specific application rather than a general-purpose chip such as a microprocessor.  Business.
