Array Networks Appoints William P. Fuller to Board of Directors.

CAMPBELL, Calif. -- Array Networks, the pioneer in integrated traffic management and SSL VPN solutions for global enterprises, today announced the appointment of William P. Fuller to its board of directors. Dr. Fuller brings more than 40 years of senior management, operational and financial experience, having served in leadership positions in business and community organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

Most recently, Dr. Fuller served as president of the Asia Foundation for 15 years and was elected President Emeritus by the board of trustees, in May 2004. Previously, as a senior officer in the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Dr. Fuller managed $2.3 billion annually in foreign aid to 16 countries in the Near East and Europe. Prior to that, Dr. Fuller served with the Ford Foundation in Asia, first as a research advisor to the National Education Commission and Ministry of Education in Thailand, and later as head of the Foundation's office in Bangladesh. In earlier years, Dr. Fuller worked with the World Bank in Paris. Dr. Fuller currently serves on the board of directors of the Bank of the Orient in San Francisco, Orient First in Hong Kong and the Asian Development Bank Institute in Tokyo. He also serves on the board of directors for Winrock International, the Institute for the Future in Menlo Park, the World Affairs Council of Northern California, Give2Asia and the Japan Society of Northern California. Dr. Fuller is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, New York and the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations.

Dr. Fuller holds B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from Harvard University. He has received numerous awards. Most notably, he is a two-time recipient of the United States President's Meritorious Service Award, and has also received Korea's Hueng-in Jang Medal for Diplomatic Service and the 2004 Citizens Award from the World Affairs Council.
