Arpeggio's common stock, warrants and units will cease trading on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board and begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbols HINT, HINTW and HINTU, respectively, on Thursday June 29, 2006. The new symbols reflect the combined company's name, "Hill International, Inc.", following the merger.
