ULI-NJ conference July 13: The Northern New Jersey District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI-NNJ) will present "Asbury Park: Looking Forward", a conference focusing on a review of the efforts, troubles and triumphs leading to the redevelopment of Asbury Park. The program will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Berkeley-Carteret Hotel in Asbury Park, New Jersey Asbury Park is a city in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States, on the Jersey Shore. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 16,930.

2006 Building Brooklyn Awards

NAHREP NAHREP National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (Washington, DC)  Awards

July 22--The New York Chapter of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, will hold its first Gala Ball Awards banquet honoring Jacky Teplitzky, an executive vice president with Prudential Douglas Elliman and Maria Roman, special assistant to New York State Governor George Pataki. Francis Martinez Myers, chairman of NAHREP-National and one of HispanicBusiness Magazine's Top 100 influential Hispanics will be the event keynote speaker. The gala will be held at Terrace On The Park Terrace on the Park is a banquet hall in Queens, NY in the former heliport that was a part of the 1964 New York World's Fair.
