"On-Site: New Architecture in Spain"

March 9--In collaboration with The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center at New York University will host an interdisciplinary colloquium entitled "On-Site: New Architecture in Spain" at 6:30 p.m. The eventwill take place at the Center at 53 Washington Square South. The Cooperator's 19th Annual Coop & Condo Expo

March 16--This year's highly anticipated 19th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo, which will include 220 booths, will be held at the New York Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas. Seminars will cover such topics as the future of the mortgage market, the future of wireless communication, cost-saving energy strategies, solving lawsuit problems and working with designers. March 21--The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute presents a full-day seminar on "Trends and Projections Affecting Real Estate Values."
