Aug. 8 -- The Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York will be hosting their annual Great Summer Event at the Water Club, located at The East River at 30th Street from 6 to 9 p.m. The Great Summer Event is a chance for real estate professionals to come together, eat, mingle and enjoy cocktails at sunset. The Water Club offers a spectacular setting with breathtaking views of the river and the Manhattan skyline. The cost of the event ranges from $120 for ABO members and $150 for non-members. Municipal Art Society Classes

Sept. 13 -- The Municipal Art Society will offer a continuing legal education The purpose of continuing legal education is to maintain or sharpen the skills of licensed attorneys and judges. Real Estate Trade Show

Sept. 25 -- The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors will sponsor an Inaugural Real Estate Trade Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the Villa Barone Manor, at 737 Throgs Neck Throgs Neck (more correctly spelled Throggs Neck) is a narrow spit of land in the southeastern portion of the borough of the Bronx in New York City.
