Arotech's IES Interactive Training Subsidiary Receives Over $500,000 in Orders from Colleges, Academies and Police Departments; VAMC Academy Purchases A2Z Interactive Classroom Trainers.

Arotech Corporation (NasdaqNM: ARTX) announced today that its use-of-force training subsidiary, IES Interactive Training, Inc. has received purchase orders valued at over $500,000 for Range 3000 XP4 digital training simulators and A2Z Interactive Classroom Trainers. Colleges, academies and police departments nationwide have ordered IES training systems.

Colleges have long purchased Range 3000 XP4 digital training simulators for their Criminal Justice departments. Most states allow colleges to conduct limited Law Enforcement training for students who may later apply for employment as a police officer or federal agent. Approximately 50 colleges nationwide are already using IES Interactive training simulators.

The VAMC academy has purchased A2Z Interactive Classroom Trainers, a computerized system which allows students to interact with realistic interactive scenarios in a classroom setting. The students, utilizing hand-held wireless keypads, can answer true/false, yes/no and multiple-choice questions. The scenario can automatically or manually branch to a virtually limitless variety of outcomes based on the student's actions.
